FAQ

We Are Here To Answer Your Questions

How long does a safety net installation take?

Most residential installations — including balcony safety nets, pigeon nets, and mosquito nets — are completed within 2 to 4 hours depending on the area size. Larger projects such as building construction nets or duct area nets may take a full day. Our team arrives on time with all tools and materials so there is no disruption to your daily routine.

Do you offer a free site inspection before installation?

Yes, absolutely. We provide a free site visit and measurement for every customer before any installation begins. Our technician assesses the balcony or area, recommends the right net type and mesh size, and gives you a transparent, no-obligation quote on the spot. There are no hidden charges — what we quote is what you pay.

What material are your safety nets made from?

Our nets are made from ISI-approved, UV-stabilized HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and premium knotted nylon. Both materials are weatherproof, chemically inert, and resistant to India'sintense summer heat and monsoon rains. The nets are fixed using stainless steel hooks, border rope, and wall plugs — no plastic fasteners that can loosen over time.

Which mesh size should I choose for my balcony?

The right mesh size depends on your specific need. A 30mm mesh is the most popular choice for pigeon and bird prevention. If you have young children or small pets, we recommend a 19mm or smaller mesh for added security. For mosquito nets, a fine fiber or pleated mesh is used that blocks insects while allowing air to flow freely. Our team will recommend the best option during the free site inspection.

What warranty do you provide on safety net installations?

We provide a written warranty of 3 to 8 years on all our safety net and invisible grill installations, depending on the product. The warranty covers both the net material and the installation workmanship. If any issue arises within the warranty period due to material defect or fixing failure, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Can the safety net be removed and reinstalled if I repaint my walls?

Yes. Our nets are designed to be removed and reinstalled cleanly. The border rope is detached from the hooks, the net is taken down, and the hooks and wall plugs can be temporarily removed if needed. Once your walls are repainted and dry, we reinstall everything securely. We recommend calling our team for this rather than attempting it yourself to ensure the tension and anchoring remain correct.

Are invisible grills safe for children and pets?

Yes. Our invisible grills use marine-grade stainless steel cables tensioned at precise intervals inside a high-strength aluminium channel frame. The cable spacing and tension are engineered to withstand significant impact loads, making them fully safe for children and pets. Unlike iron grills that can corrode and weaken over time, stainless steel invisible grills maintain their structural strength for the lifetime of the product.

Is the safety net installation safe for my building's exterior appearance?

Absolutely. Our nets are installed with precision using minimal anchor points drilled discreetly into the wall or frame. The nets themselves are nearly invisible from a distance and do not affect the aesthetic of your building's facade. We take great care to ensure a clean, tidy finish with no exposed wiring, loose ropes, or untidy edges — your balcony will look neat from both inside and outside.
